2010 Mansory Range Rover Sport
[ Wednesday, October 20th, 2010 | by automotiveroom | under CAR, Land Rover ]The Range Rover is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year and the vehicle’s Sport derivative has just received a new gift, in the form of a modification package coming from Mansory.
Mansory begins things with a modest boost in power for all engine variants, both diesels and petrols, on the Sport – up to 30 PS (22 kW) and 40 Nm of torque. Power is uprated by means of a new sport air filter, ECU-optimization and a new sport exhaust system.
For the interior, MANSORY has created a control centre that optimally combines functionality and convenience. The sports steering wheel and aluminium pedals – especially created for the Range Rover Sport – ensure full control over the vehicle. At the same time, the interior boasts pure luxury. Almost all interior cladding components are covered in leather and can be combined with stylish wood or carbon applications, as required. Perfectly embroidered MANSORY Switzerland logos on the seats and foot mats complete the enhanced look.
For the cabin is a new sports steering wheel, aluminum pedals and a leather finish that can be mated to a choice of either wood touches or carbon fittings. To top things off, carbon-embroidered MANSORY Switzerland badges adorn the seats and floor mats.
The exterior of the Range Rover Sport has been gifted with a body kit that includes a new front bumper with LED daytime running lights and generously-sized air intakes, a new bonnet with a large power dome, wide wings that add 60 mm width in the front and 80 mm at the rear. The kit also comes with a rear apron diffuser with a carbon fiber insert, as well as a carbon roof spoiler.
