2011 Seat Ibiza ST

Five of these engines will be available at market launch. Two of the six engines are three-cylinders, with the remaining four having four cylinders. Four of the units operate with direct injection and turbocharging, including the brand new and powerful 1.2 TSI. The six engines cover an output range of 70 hp (51 kW) to 105 hp (77 kW) and offer impressive performance combined with low fuel consumption.
With the commercial launch is planned for May 2010, offers the SEAT Ibiza ST six modern engine types and a wide range of options and technologies. With an overall length of 4.23 meters, the Seat Ibiza ST is longer than the five-door version, with 18 inches – so much of the cargo space with all the requirements of an athletic and mobile lifestyle needs.
The engine range should mirror the lineup found in the regular five-door model, which means two diesel units developing 80hp (60kW) and 90hp (67kW), respectively, as well as three petrol-engines ranging from 70hp (52kW) to 102hp (76kW). However, Schmitt has hinted that there will be a selection of engines not currently offered in the Ibiza also available.
The interior of the SEAT Ibiza ST offers an impressive level of space and a high-quality character. SEAT designers and engineers paid enormous attention to the tiniest details. All elements are functional, practical to use and meticulously crafted – as evident in the high quality of the materials. A taut feel to the cockpit, circular air vents, a modern gear stick – the emotional character expressed in the design of the SEAT Ibiza ST is also evident in the interior.
