Aston Martin Viceroy Design Study
[ Monday, December 6th, 2010 | by automotiveroom | under Aston Martin, CAR, New Cars ]Aston Martin seemed to have dragged their feet in terms of the One-77 , a supercar that has impressed the entire world with its magnificent beauty and its 750hp naturally aspirated 7.3-liter V12. And this admiration ignited a passion for an Aston Martin supercar that will not be so easily extinguished. In fact, this passion is what led British designer, Christopher Chilcott, into designing the Viceroy, a hydrogen powered supercar.
The Viceroy is also a celebration of all that is British, and a spiritual heir to iconic supercars such as the Mclaren F1, Jaguar XJ220 and the Aston Martin DB5.
The design was inspired by the bespoke tailoring and prestige of Savile Row in London, one of Britain’s oldest traditions.
